Nose line matters more than nose height, and I wanted a natural straight line and a less blunt tip, especially because I hated how the columella and tip seemed to droop when I smiled. If possible, I also wanted to proceed without an implant. They also reviewed my CT and did the consultation here, and said that if the silicone were removed and the cartilage were tied in place, it would look slimmer than it does now. The previous hospital had told me something completely different, which was confusing (both sounded right lol). They said that if I did not care about increasing nose height and only wanted the tip corrected, it could be done without an implant. For the eyes, they said it would end up similar to the one side that has not been fully opened yet (it is not a pretty line, so my expectations dropped a lot but it felt realistic). They said all of my desired points were possible, and that even when correcting the columella, as long as they do it well so the nostrils do not show, it should be fine, so I just hope it goes the way the surgeon said. The aftercare period is 1 year, and I felt they would continue to manage follow-up well. The consultation with the manager was also good, so I paid the reservation deposit for now.
