I go to both the Dongseong-ro branch and the Daegu branch, and the Daegu branch is much better. If you've been to Ppum, you probably already know it's factory-like and that they push overly aggressive upselling. Even so, people choose it because of the low prices and a certain baseline level of quality and safety, but the Dongseong-ro branch sometimes has better discounts and it's still not great. I have never seen the sink or the tables clean there. Of course, the doctors and managers at the Daegu and Dongseong-ro branches change so often it feels like a revolving door... Still, at least from staff training and how they respond to customers, the Daegu branch seems to be on somewhat stable footing. But the upselling at Ppum is just way, way, way too much. I started going to the Daegu branch around age 17 lol they recommended Botox first lol and because they were scheduling the same thing that was already included in a package, I ended up wasting one cryo session, ugh... Also, when you go into the consultation room at Ppum, you really have to brace yourself. This is not branch-dependent, and in an instant you can go from 100,000 won to signing up for the Rose Club for 1,000,000 won lol lol lol (so far I've spent exactly 200).
