The price was pretty reasonable too, so after comparing a lot of places I went ahead with surgery: thighs + Chanel line. But once it was done, there was no change in circumference at all, and at best the saddlebags were very slightly reduced, haha... I thought it was swelling, so I waited 6 months to a year, but there were no further changes. It could just be bad luck on my end, but I thought the effect was minimal.
