I went in for forehead, glabella, square jaw, salivary gland, and mouth-corner Botox. I had never in my life experienced such a hopeless, completely incompetent manager. They made me pay first, but gave no explanation of what Botox they were using. They just put me straight into the room without any extra explanation at all. No anesthesia. When I called them out because it was absurd, the unrelated nurses explained the situation, and they covered for the mess the manager had created. Even though I had made a reservation, a customer in the front room got laser treatment at the exact time of my appointment. When I went in to check the KakaoMap reviews, every post written by each ID was the same, which was creepy.
