The sales pressure from the manager alone, with no doctor consultation, was too intense. Instead of recommending what suited me, they kept pushing the most expensive option and always recommended the maximum amount or the largest possible dose; I only saw the director in the operating room. I did not even know the director’s full name, only the surname. He was not the main director, but when I checked the website, it looked like he had resigned. The result was good, but even the aftercare they said they would provide was not communicated properly with the coordinators, or they said they had never heard of it. When I asked the counseling manager to check the chart, they only then said it was there. But in the end, nothing was actually done.. I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
