They kept me waiting even though there were no people. They placed Ultracol where I did not want it, and I had to live for weeks looking like I had been punched in the face, then for months I was swollen so badly I looked like someone with a plastic surgery complication. They said they would not refund me. The manager kept nitpicking my words, twisted them into something strange, and concluded that they could not give a refund. I still do not understand whether this is truly a hospital. Even if the procedure was done wrong, the doctor is a person, so I was really shocked that they did not seem to care about human dignity or how to handle the aftermath.
