The director here was straightforward and good. I liked that they clearly said no when something couldn’t be done. I wanted a high line, and they bluntly told me that doing it that way would look burdensome, which I appreciated. The staff were all kind too. They seem to manage the schedule well, so the wait wasn’t long.
