I had an incision consultation, and unlike other hospitals that say they preserve most of the soft tissue and muscle because of scarring or naturalness concerns, this place said the opposite: they need to remove a lot of soft tissue or it won't hold. From what I heard, the theory makes sense, but I'm worried it might go wrong.
