I got the impression that the doctor and the director had a strong sense of pride as a clinic specializing in noses. They emphasized aftercare, saying that if anything went wrong, the doctor would take responsibility until the very end. When I said that because of my personal schedule, I needed swelling and bruising to go down quickly, they also said they would take as much care as possible with post-op management. However, they said that all three functional surgeries had to be done together (deviated septum, rhinitis, and nasal valve), and since it was the first time I had heard that too, I was flustered and couldn't ask questions well. But I do think the explanation was lacking regarding why they judged that I had those symptoms and what surgical method should be used.
