First of all, when I went in, there was a club downstairs from the clinic, so maybe that is why the clinic smelled like a club... a mix of cigarette smoke and a stale odor. The director seemed kind and cool, but he warned that he does not use silicone for less than 3-4 mm, so he recommended no implant, and suggested using 3 mm of Alloderm. For support, he suggested an ear cartilage support. The manager here said she had surgery using the same method 11 years ago. Her nasal tip did not seem to droop, but it was a very high nose. Mine is a low bridge with a hump, so it seemed like she must have had a high-bridge hump nose. Among the people who came for surgery or consultations, there were many men. It seems like many men with rhinitis go there.
