The staff are not very kind. The only one who felt somewhat kind was the consultation manager, but I don't really remember much about the consultation itself. The doctor consultation was the one that made me realize I had broken my nose when I was young, something other hospitals had not told me. The surgical methods are all more or less similar, so I'll skip that. The downside is that the doctor tends not to listen to what I have to say. When I tried to speak, he wouldn't let me and would just state the details, giving off the feeling that he wanted to send me out quickly, but at the end he said he would take good care of me if I had surgery.. I think conversation is important, so I passed
