1. The hospital asked me 40 minutes before my appointment if I was nearby and whether I could come as quickly as possible, so I was a little taken aback. 2. The director explained everything so well and in such detail that I understood it clearly. 3. The consultation manager also explained things well and answered my questions well, so I was satisfied. 4. The facilities didn't seem all that modern.
