This place is extremely money-hungry and really bad. I'll cut to the chase and only write the facts. The situation was that I had surgery with only the nose tip cartilage without an implant, and I wanted to have it removed, so I booked a consultation, and the manager personally made the reservation for me. 1. Staff: One hour before the consultation on the day of the appointment, a staff member called and suddenly asked, "Did you leave already? What time will you arrive?" then hung up immediately. It was the first time I'd ever received a reservation confirmation call like that. 2. Doctor: I arrived exactly on time for the consultation, and there were no people around, so I wondered why there was a wait, but the doctor came to consult me while the patient was still lying on the operating table. Then they said that because there was a patient on the operating table, they had to do the consultation quickly. They had left the patient on the operating table and came to see me because they thought I might have to wait if they stayed with the patient. They started a one-sided consultation saying they would take as few questions as possible. I wanted the cartilage removed, but they said not to remove it and instead harvest costal cartilage and scalp skin, add a bit more silicone, and make the nose higher. They also recommended far too many additional surgeries, such as rhinitis surgery and nasal valve surgery. 3. Manager: The manager had a very distinctive voice, was impatient, and was obsessed with money. I kept saying that I only wanted the cartilage removed and didn't want costal cartilage or scalp tissue harvested, but they kept insisting that otherwise my nose would look blunt or sink down deeply (the doctor had said it wouldn't sink even if removed), and kept forcing rhinitis surgery too, saying that because this is an ENT clinic, it would be covered by private insurance and pushing unnecessary surgeries. They kept saying that removing the cartilage would ruin the nose cosmetically. Whenever I said I didn't want any additional surgery and only wanted the removal, they went, "Ah... then you won't be doing the rhinitis surgery either?" and even with a mask on, you could see their expression souring. They showed less and less favor once it became about surgeries that wouldn't make money. The consultation fee was 10,000 won. They do CT scans and Photoshop virtual surgery, but I was appalled by the excessive pushing of surgery, the poor time management, and the fact that they came to consult me while leaving a patient lying on the operating table. On top of that, they said they came because they thought I might have to wait. This is a hospital that thinks about money before patients. They are ridiculously money-hungry.
