The explanation from the director really stayed with me. I really liked how they explained the goal of the surgery and its limits in a way the patient could easily understand. But the surgery method felt complicated and like it would take a lot of time, so I could not make a reservation right away and left.. Since it was a revision surgery, I felt burdened about the operation... That part was disappointing.
