When you walk into the hospital entrance, there should be a welcoming, lively atmosphere, but by and large the air feels heavy.. The director of counseling was proactive and kind, and the doctor was honest, so I could trust them. They said things like, "This is possible, but the satisfaction level will probably be low," and so on. I was satisfied.
