I had surgery without an implant, but the hump on my nose was not shaved down properly, so it’s uneven, and the tip dropped a lot compared to the beginning, though not to the point of looking like a droopy nose. It’s so natural that no one would know I had a nose surgery.. I wasn’t told that the hump would remain if I did it without an implant I contacted the manager to talk about the hump not being shaved enough, but the manager in charge had quit about six months after the surgery, so the hospital connected me with another manager. When I met the doctor at the hospital, he said that in his view it was fine and asked why I wanted to touch it again, so I kept insisting that it still bothered me and got a revision under anesthesia. They shaved more through a closed approach, but it appeared again, so I’m thinking about another revision..
