I went for my first consultation through an acquaintance's recommendation, so I didn't know much, but compared to other places the consultation side seems quite weak. The doctor is confident, but when I mentioned a Suzy-style nose, he kind of laughed at it so I felt a little bad. The consultation manager was kind, but one of the staff members wasn't.
