There were a lot of comments saying the staff were rude, so I was worried, but fortunately the manager who consulted with me was so-so. The other staff, just like in the reviews, didn't even greet me I saw reviews saying the director was rude too, but he was just neither kind nor rude. Still, I felt he was a bit stubborn. He doesn't really listen to other people I did think it might be okay to have surgery here, but it was completely different from the way I wanted it, and the price came out much higher than I expected, so it made me hesitate. The manager had no intention of helping with the consultation at all.
