I consulted with Director Hwang about my nose, and I liked that he was very friendly and gave detailed explanations. The consultation director, however, felt a little cold? (Maybe because she was busy that day.) The clinic was spacious and had a clean atmosphere. If I end up having surgery, it will probably be on my shortlist.
