Honestly, personally, the worst. After my first surgery, I had trauma and had everything removed, then came here. The director has a very strong personal standard of beauty. On my face, a rounder nose suits me well, but he kept pushing Song Hye-kyo’s nose photo as the aesthetically perfect nose and insisted until the end that I should have surgery like that. Later I had another surgery, and the tip cartilage itself needed to be spread wider, but instead they put ear cartilage beside the narrowed cartilage to widen the tip. Now it’s not a round nose anymore, and if I touch the tip of my nose the hard cartilage feels broadly spread out in the elongated nostrils. The worst. Absolutely the worst.
