No aesthetic sense and poor communication. The manager will gouge people if they seem to be foreigners from abroad and don’t seem to know the situation well. Communication after the fact is not good, and the hospital is so big it feels like a huge factory, chaotic and hectic, with no feeling at all that they care for patients sincerely.
