My previous hospital consultation ran long, so even though I arrived late for my appointment, the wait wasn’t long and I was able to get a consultation quickly. The staff were kind, and the consultation with the director also recommended a surgery that suited me and answered my questions clearly. I still haven’t made a decision, but they didn’t pressure me about the deposit, and I was able to consult comfortably.
