Based on the situation 5 years ago. I had hump osteotomy and no implant was inserted; only the nose tip was made with septal cartilage. My nose itself is very natural now, but people who wanted a more obvious change would probably be disappointed. And about two years later, the tip of my nose started to droop, and it has stayed that way until now. It seems like they didn't pull it tighter in anticipation of that drooping.
