When I visited Apgujeong, I went to consult with Director Seomangun, and true to his reputation, he was professional and kind during the consultation, but in my case, because it was for revision nose surgery, I remember holding off on surgery because the cost was too high.. And the counseling manager wasn't rude, but I got the impression that it was somewhat mechanical(?) so I guess I felt intimidated by the presence of such a large hospital..
