I went for a consultation because this doctor is so famous for noses. He said it would be good to use 4.5 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, gather the alar cartilage for the tip, harvest septal cartilage to support the back part, and then raise the tip with ear cartilage. It seemed like he was pursuing a natural shape. When I asked the manager, she explained that the most desirable thing is for there to be no inflammation, and although that almost never happens, if any side effect does occur, they would handle aftercare with 100% hospital responsibility. The hospital is quite large and I understand there are other doctors there too, which worries me a bit because I’ve heard too many bad things about big hospitals, but the doctor is definitely an expert. I’m still thinking about whether to have the surgery.
