The staff were all so kind, and especially the consultation director built rapport with the patient and gave a detailed consultation in a comfortable atmosphere. The doctor also explained my nose condition in detail and accepted what I wanted very well. Also, when I had the surgical consultation with the doctor, the consultation director accompanied me and joined the consultation, which was the only hospital that did that. Most hospitals do director-doctor-director (director, doctor, director), like they're just looking at a chart the doctor wrote?
