I went for a consultation 5 years ago, and the explanation was just, "Do it like this and like this." Since it was my third surgery, I was so desperate, but they didn't really say my nose was crooked even though it was, and it wasn't a detailed consultation. I hesitated because I liked the shape, but I still wished they had talked and worked with me more from the patient's point of view.
