They use an entire building. I went there for a nose consultation, and the director was extremely confident. It seemed like this director only does eyes and noses? He had some sense of humor (a bit of a comedy enthusiast?). I felt like he explained things in a simple but very clear way. I left with a lot of my questions answered.
