I visited after making a reservation in advance for an eye consultation. It proceeded quickly without any waiting, in the order of the consultation manager, the director, then the consultation manager again. Both the consultation manager and the director kindly answered the questions I had. I was glad they did not recommend any other surgery besides the one I wanted. It was a truly satisfying consultation.
