Bridge of nose (thinnest silicone), tip of nose (septal cartilage + ear cartilage), alar reduction The doctor wasn't the warm and friendly type, but I felt like he was attentive and thorough. He said the bridge silicone was thick, so he would replace it with a thinner one, and for the bridge he would use septal cartilage to match the line naturally. The alar area was something I had also wanted done, and he said it would be fine to reduce it first. Overall, not bad.
