My nose bridge was already fairly high, so I had surgery without using an implant: they just slightly raised the area between my eyes with ear fascia and filled in the hump. I also had the nose tip, columella, crooked nose, and osteotomy done, plus rhinitis surgery. Definitely, not putting anything into the bridge reduces worries about side effects. It turned out naturally and I'm satisfied. Please refer to the review board for photos~
