A acquaintance I know got good results here, so I booked a consultation for nose surgery. Consultation fee including CT was 40,000 won. I made the reservation but couldn’t go that day. That part was my fault. A few days later I made another appointment. I got a confirmation call the day before, and then another one a few hours before the appointment that day. I figured it might be because it was peak season and I had canceled before. When I arrived on time, the manager said the doctor was in surgery and delayed, so it would take 1 to 2 hours. I said I would wait, but then they said 2 to 3 hours? When I said I’d wait if the consultation could happen during clinic hours, lol, they said they didn’t know when it would end and, instead, they wouldn’t charge the CT consultation fee if I came next time and would consult me directly. Then they just sent a KakaoTalk message 2 hours before the appointment telling me to come another time. What a ridiculous clinic. I feel awful.
