I had nose surgery 3 times, ended up with scars, and wasted time. During consultation, they didn’t listen to the patient at all, then acted like they were the best and said they’d do it their way. In the end, I was left with huge scars, my nose became crooked, and it turned out exactly as they had said was the direction I should avoid. But they said they did their best^^
