The chief director wasn’t kind and didn’t listen carefully to my opinions. Maybe because the consultation wasn’t overly drawn out, it gave me the feeling that they wouldn’t say anything untrue, rather than making me expect great results. Maybe it’s because they’re well known or because they’re confident, but the consultation fee is expensive and they aren’t friendly.
