I went after making a consultation reservation, but I waited over an hour and the consultation itself was only 20 minutes. If that’s the case, why is there even a reservation system? And when I did the consultation, the doctor only said what he wanted to say, so he seemed a bit insincere. He looked so tired that I ended up wondering whether I could trust him with surgery later.
