I consulted with Dr. Kim Chan-woo, and he was very thorough. For the first surgery, I didn't use ear cartilage, so he said we should go in the direction of using ear cartilage. When I asked whether we wouldn't use rib cartilage, he said since we have the material, he wanted to avoid using it. What I liked here was that after nose surgery they put cotton in the nostrils, but they make it so you can still breathe.
