I just don't know. I went for a consultation, and I feel like it just doesn't suit me. It's good to prioritize safety, but you need to clearly explain the changes that can happen.. They say ear cartilage is better than costal cartilage for lengthening the nose.. I only learned that here. I've never heard anything like that before, really.
