I went for a consultation about nose surgery, and I remember being really happy because they were very kind throughout the consultation. However, they kept telling me not to do it if at all possible, to the point that I wondered whether they didn't even want to perform the surgery. In the end I didn't have the surgery, but the consultation itself was worthwhile.
