I went for a nose consultation. They are extremely, extremely safety-conscious and said not to insert silicone at all. They said that in the past they put in a lot of silicone, but structurally problems are bound to happen. They analyzed not only my nose but also my entire face, recommended doing other areas besides the nose, and told me which angle looked best. I recommend the consultation.
