Six years after my nose surgery, the implant shifted the middle of my nose sank in. They used septal cartilage, but another hospital explained that if too much of the middle septum is removed, the septum can bend later In the end, I had revision surgery. After going around for consultations, I heard many people came to this hospital for revision surgery. I should have looked into it a little more when I was younger, but I only looked at the event and ended up regretting it.
