The consultation manager was kind. I was satisfied with the consultation. I was also satisfied with the doctor’s first consultation. But on the surgery day, they barely consulted me for even a minute and went straight into surgery... Aftercare is good. However, I still don’t know whether it’s swelling or... whether the design was wrong. There’s a problem. The hospital says it’s swelling and to wait... but I’m not sure... It seems like the swelling has gone down as much as it can, but I still go around wearing a hat. The fact that revisions are free is nice.
