The director was kind, and the doctor explained things well in a friendly way too. During the eye consultation, they clearly distinguished between procedures that could be done and ones that could not, and explained in detail why something could not be done, which helped a lot. I was planning to get the outer canthoplasty for my eyes, but they said it would actually make the eyes look more close-set, so I will skip eye surgery and only proceed with nose surgery.
