Because they use rib cartilage a lot, I was worried they might recommend it to me too, but luckily they recommended the septal cartilage I had hoped for. I remember them even comparing the septal cartilage thickness to a business card, saying it was very thick.. While shaping the line with a photo of my nose, they explained very easily what kind of line would be natural and ideal. I was tempted to decide on this place because of that part, but personally I wanted to have surgery with a doctor who uses septal cartilage more often, and above all they said they would leave only 1 cm, whereas I wanted to go somewhere that would leave more than 1.5 cm.. I think people who want a more glamorous nose should go in for a consultation.
