It's been... 3 to 4 years since my revision nose surgery, and back then I wasn't given sleep anesthesia. Except for briefly falling asleep, it was done under local anesthesia. I was so scared, but... fine, let's do it, and during the surgery, which they said would take 1 hour and 30 minutes, extra money was added because of additional donated rib cartilage, and it took 3 and a half hours. I really thought I was going to lose my mind. The tip of my nose didn't drop, but I'm looking into revision again now. My nose became way too thin and pointy.
