I had a revision surgery there about 6 years ago. It was a one-doctor clinic, and at the time they used custom-made silicone, so I went ahead because it looked professional. They used a septal graft, Medpor, ear cartilage, and silicone. My bridge stayed high and straight for only about a year, and after that the tip dropped and my septum bent, which was insanely stressful... I get so annoyed at myself for choosing that place. Right now I'm looking into a third revision.
