After failing nose surgery twice, I was very careful in looking for a clinic for revision nose surgery, and I went in for a consultation. The director explained the problems with the side effects in my nose now and the direction it needed to improve in, in a way that was easy for me to understand. The manager also didn't feel like she was pressuring me to book or pushing me, and instead sympathized with the stress I'm currently experiencing about my nose and really appreciated that she thought together with me about which direction would be best for improvement.
