I had nose surgery fail twice, and I went for a consultation through a friend's recommendation, determined to make this my very last revision rhinoplasty. After looking closely at my nose, the director explained in detail the surgical method they would use, the materials involved, and what kind of result and shape it would end up with. When I said revision rhinoplasty has been so hard on me and still is, he told me not to worry because he has a lot of experience with revision cases. That one line made me trust him even more. After the director's consultation, I had a final talk with the consultation manager, and there was no pressure to reserve. She summarized what the director had said and empathized with my position, which I was really grateful for. I’m planning to discuss it once more with my parents before deciding.
