I looked through a lot of reviews and wanted to get treatment at a decent price through an app event, so I looked into it and had a consultation. The director explained things really well and was very kind, which I liked. The manager also didn't feel like they were pushing me at all, and although I heard about the same-day reservation discount, when I said I'd look into it, they didn't pressure me separately, so that was fine.
