Both the manager and the doctor were pretty straightforward, so when they honestly said something wasn't necessary, I felt at ease. I think I was able to look at my nose more objectively too. I didn't have photos prepared, so I couldn't show them, but I liked how they quickly caught even my clumsy explanation in words and designed accordingly!
