The director explained things in an easy-to-understand way with drawings, and checked the parts I wanted well. But I felt a bit uneasy because it didn't seem like it would match the image I wanted. The consultation manager seemed to be very honest. Her voice was soft and kind, and I think the consultation lasted about an hour?
